My Process
What happens after you inquire about a project? How do we get from a questionnaire to a completed website or other marketing? I simply follow a 6 Step plan. Check it out…

The Discovery
After you’ve submitted your “Getting Started” form , I’ll get in touch to discuss your project in more detail. This is a chance for me to get to know you better, and understand the needs of your business. I’ll ask about what goals you have that this website or marketing project can accomplish and when you expect it to be completed. I also encourage you to ask me any questions you might have. I want you to feel completely comfortable working with me.
The Numbers
After I find out about your needs for the project, I put together a breakdown of the marketing services I’ll be providing inside a proposal. I don’t provide vague costs, instead I explain every penny of your investment. I use HoneyBook so that all documents that pass between us are kept in one place for easy referencing. (Want to use HoneyBook to connect your new website to your CRM? Ask me about a special discount). Once you give me the go ahead on the proposal, I will send you a contract and an invoice for a deposit.
The Homework
Before I can start on your project I need to have a lot of questions answered. Instead of annoying you with endless texts, emails and phone calls, I provide an extensive questionnaire to get as many details at once. Then I will also direct you to provide me with any graphic assets you might have, technical copy, and other content that might be needed for your marketing. This is would also be when you need to provide me with login credentials for any necessary accounts, such as social media.
The Design
Once I get all your information together I start designing and creating. I create a “first draft” that you can then give feedback on and provide any edits you might need. This is a “wash, rinse, repeat” type process that ends with you being thrilled with your final product.
The Launch
Whether it’s launching your website, showcasing your brand or running your posting schedule, I don’t press the “Go” button until you are completely happy and ready. And as a little push to get more eyes on the “new you”, I’ll share and tag your new looks on social media as well.
The Farewell
While we may part ways on this project I won’t just abandon you. Most of my clients become part of my business network. Regardless of which project we’ve worked on I make sure that you know the in’s and out’s of it. I want you to be comfortable with the back-end of your site. I want you to run with your social media, or know exactly how to use your new branding, so that you don’t have to rely on anyone else to keep the design & marketing side of your business running smoothly.
